Being a collectible card game Magic the Gathering is all about getting new cards to add to your arsenal. Duels of the Planeswalkers would not be a complete MTG experience without the ability to grow your collection. Enter the second downloadable expansion, bringing new decks and challenges to the game.
There are very few stories told that are unadaptable to other mediums. Alan Wake is one of these stories. A game with incredible presence and substance it transcends conventions and becomes a near flawless example of true interactive fiction.

Heavy Rain was a success because it was a cohesive long form narrative wrapped in a game mechanic that allowed players to not only see and hear the story, but also feel it. With the release of The Taxidermist Heavy Rain steps out of it’s feature-length skin and tries to deliver an experience more akin to a short story.
Like a dagger in the night Ezio returns for one last parting shot in the final Assassin’s Creed II DLC. Bonfire of the Vanities picks up where The Battle of Froli left off and shows players a version of Firenze (Ezio’s home town) corrupted under the influence of the Piece of Eden. With Savanarola controlling every aspect of the city’s function it’s up to Ezio and his knives to reclaim the apple and restore sanity.
The departure from traditional survival-horror formula left many players on the fence about Resident Evil 5. The improved action gameplay was welcomed, but at the cost of the sense of tenseness that Resident Evil had become known for. Resident Evil 5: Lost In Nightmares is a return to form, reviving age-old tropes as a downloadable episode, the first of two planned before the release of the all-inclusive Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition in March.
Assassin’s Creed II closed with a lot left to answer and while we may have to wait until the inevitable sequel to find out what’s really going on Ubisoft has released the first of two planned downloadable expansions for the game. The Battle of Forli takes players to the famed city to play a behind-the-scenes role of the actual historical battle that took place in the late 1400’s and continues Ezio’s journey.
