The modern platform adventure is a dying breed in the video game world and without a clever gimmick or an impressive aesthetic platform adventures are almost guaranteed to fail. Luckily for And Yet It Moves, indie developer Brokenrul.es have imbued the game with both. The game takes place in a playful yet mysterious torn-paper landscape with the objective being to bypass all the obstacles between A and B by shifting the direction of gravity at your whim.
Breakout Austrian development team Brokenrul.es’ first game, And Yet It Moves, recently hit the internet to general acclaim in the indie game circles. The game features a unique torn paper feel and revolves around traditional platform adventure mechanics but with the player being able to twist gravity to their liking. You can see our review of the game and a contest where we’re giving away 3 copies of And Yet It Moves here. We caught up with Felix Bohatsch, Project Lead on And Yet It Moves, to see what he had to say about the game.
