[Update: Dec. 20 2009] Once again, our community proves it’s mettle and rises to the occasion, helping kids and making Christmas just that little bit better. As of right now we’ve collectively raised about $1000 dollars between our online efforts, and the offline events earlier in November. I will leave the ChipIn up until the 24th as it’s intended in case there are any last minute donators who want to help, but keep an eye on your inbox Christmas morning, Santa will be delivering some prizes and a special gift to everyone who donated. You all deserve a round of applause and I hope everyone has a great holiday this year.

[Update: Nov. 19 2009] I am blown away, thanks to some rather generous donations we’ve reached our goal within 24 Hours! I can’t believe how quickly we’ve reached the $150 goal, it was supposed to last us until the end of December! Naturally, in true video game fashion, your reward for completing this goal is a newer, much more difficult goal! Your new task is to raise a total of $500. I know that seems lofty, but considering what we’ve accomplished so far, I believe we can do it.

If the sheer challenge of it isn’t enough for you we’ve added 2 more XBLA Prize-Packs making it a full 3 Prize-Packs to be won on Christmas Eve along with a pile of random XBLA codes. And as a further added incentive, everyone who donates at least $5 will receive a special Holiday-Themed surprise in their inbox on Christmas morning, regardless if they are our lucky winners.
